Episode 18: Trashy Slutbag Whore

Miley Cyrus went and did some crazy shit at the VMA's, and you know that your favorite zeebs have reaction to that. There was also a fantasy football draft among members of Abnormal Entertainment that Tony was a part of, and he tells Camm what some of the more amusing team names are among the guys in the league.

For Five Dub, Tony profiles what he feels is the best American film of the past 20 years, The Shawshank Redemption... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGfAj9ZJymo.

In MOLI, this week we have a battle of songs that were written by one star, but recorded by another. Camm is up first with "Ephiphany", a song written by Ne-Yo and performed by Chrisette Michele, heard here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZITmLJj1DY. Then Tony goes back to his love songs roots with "Lady", a song written by Lionel Richie and performed by Kenny Rogers, heard here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6avFSctP8dM.

For the first time in Talk Zebra history, Tony breaks new ground with his Man Of The Hour selection: it's not a black guy! It's actor Daniel Dae Kim of "Lost" and "Hawaii Five-O" fame, a personal favorite of Tony and Camm both, seen here... http://scifimafia.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/lost-daniel-dae-kim-WIDE.jpg. Camm goes with actor Ryan Kwanten of "True Blood" fame, seen here... http://desktopwallpaper.org.in/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/Ryan-Kwanten-008.jpg.

Episode 17 - Hosanna In The Highest

The Zeebs talk of a promising young actor who committed suicide at the top of the show, and somehow that leads into a hilarious discussion about singing in church. Because, you know, that's a great segue. Camm offers up the first-ever reality show for his Five Dub submission, and that show is Masterchef... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9WPjeJ2TUc.

The MOLI category this week is love songs, and we present our listeners with two vastly different choices. Tony's up first with a beautiful piece of music sung by a rather obscure artist, who was a contestant on The X-Factor from 2011. Her name is Drew Ryniewicz, and the song is "It Must Have Been Love", heard here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msFSO7Xa8Ew. Camm chooses something from one of his all-time favorites, Andre3000, who offers up a unique take on a love song with Outkast's "Prototype", heard here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqhJfjbNuQg.

For this week's serving of delectable men in MOTH, Camm goes with Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, who's apparently known for things other than his tattoos, seen here... http://www.drummerworld.com/pics/drumpics24/travis11.jpg. For his choice, Tony keeps it in the music world with R&B singer Mario, seen here... http://www.hlisted.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/mario.jpg.

Episode 16: En YOU-Tero

Camm has recorded a new rap single, and Tony has that on his mind at the top of the show. The man with the "Size 13's" gives you some insight into not only the song, but when he first got into rapping.

Tony is up with Five Dub this week, and he goes with the hilarious TV comedy Curb Your Enthusiasm...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ag1o3koTLWM The MOLI category this week is grunge. Camm, having already chosen Chris Cornell as a MOTH from a previous show, chooses Soundgarden's 1994 song "Fell On Black Days", heard here...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1vBPvektSE Tony decides on the band most associated with grunge music, Nirvana, and he picks their 1993 song "Rape Me", heard here...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rS6mZUo3fg

For MOTH, Tony not-so-surprisingly goes back to the sports world, offering up last year's college basketball player of the year, Trey Burke, for your viewing pleasure...http://mvictors.com/WordPress/images/2009/001-Trey-Burke.jpg Meanwhile, Camm breaks tradition (for him) and picks one of the better-looking men of his generation, Ryan Phillippe, seen here...http://totallywould.files.wordpress.com/2012/10/936full-ryan-phillippe.jpg

The end of the show also offers a strange story that we promise you will NOT want to miss! As always, please go to our Facebook page to vote for MOLI, and you can always email us at talkzebrapodcast@gmail.com.

Episode 15: Kids Bop

Camm doesn't care who wins at award shows, but Tony breaks down some of the big Emmy nominations, and you hear thoughts on the guys' favorites from the world of television. There will be some references from prior Five Dub submissions, we assure you.
Speaking of Five Dub, Camm is up this week, and he goes with an all-time classic sitcom, I Love Lucy...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_CzPL_7LuQ.

The MOLI category this week is songs featuring a kid. Tony is first and offers up the 1991 hit "Iesha" by Another Bad Creation, an entire group of kids, heard here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDPIK7Fz_g4. Camm goes with Eminem's "My Dad's Gone Crazy", from 2002, featuring his daughter Hailie, and it's heard here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BegB7uskaA.

In MOTH, Camm chooses former teen heartthrob Kirk Cameron (much to Tony's chagrin), seen here... http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DmBTLbEFbnY/TfkAYCgV-2I/AAAAAAAAAyk/_MybDmfJaxk/s320/KirkCameron.jpg Tony goes with a man who used to be #1 on his "List", and that is Shawn Wayans, seen here... http://galeri2.uludagsozluk.com/207/shawn-wayans_325002.jpg.
